Experience Required: 3+ years in FMCG sales
Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our sales strategy and retail expansion across Ghana. The ideal candidate has a passion for premium FMCG products and a strong track record in driving revenue growth, managing distributor relationships, and scaling retail operations
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategies for both B2B (retail/distributors) and D2C (e-commerce and markets).
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local and regional retailers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize targets and ROI.
- Coordinate trade activations and in-store campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Manage and grow a team of sales reps and field merchandisers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of FMCG sales experience in Ghana; experience in premium or organic brands is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Ghana’s retail and distribution landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Excel, CRM, and sales tracking tools.
