Job Purpose
Fairafric Ghana is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive the brand’s growth, customer engagement, and market positioning in Ghana. This role will be central to crafting brand campaigns, overseeing market research, and leading go-to-market strategies for product launches and awareness drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and field marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and consumer insights.
- Lead campaigns to promote brand values around sustainability, ethical sourcing, and made-in-Africa excellence.
- Oversee content development, event marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimise marketing spend.
- Align national marketing efforts with the global Fairafric brand narrative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG brand management or marketing in Ghana.
- Strong creative and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email platforms).
- Proven ability to execute marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
