Job Purpose
We are looking for a talented and socially savvy Social Media Content Executive to manage our digital storytelling across platforms. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, a passion for social impact, and an understanding of consumer engagement within the FMCG and sustainability space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and seasonal content.
- Produce high-quality visuals, short videos, and reels that reflect fairafric’s brand and mission.
- Monitor community engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and track platform analytics.
- Stay on top of trends and apply creative approaches to boost online visibility.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management/content creation for FMCG or lifestyle brands.
- Strong design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent written communication and understanding of Ghanaian consumer behavior.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and improve performance.
